Simple! Starting from Monday 15th April. Pick a different challenge each day to follow and implement (the challenges will be emailed to you before we start). I will guide you with tips, advice and support throughout the challenge to keep you going. You will have access to a private Facebook group where not only will you receive support and accountability but you will be able to join me for live wellness sessions. By committing to a few minutes each day you will soon start to see and feel the results from this 14 Day Self Care Challenge.
