With 16 years of experience in holistic wellbeing and working one-to-one with women, I'm passionate about empowering my clients to thrive rather than just survive. As a certified wellbeing and resillience practitioner, adult educator and with my experience working for international wellness brands, I offer guidance tailored to each individual.
Drawing from my personal experience as a single mother, business owner and someone who has overcome physical and mental health challenges, I provide compassionate, results-driven mentoring to help women take back control of their wellbeing.

Through one-one mentoring I will educate and empower you to make healthier choices across all areas of your wellbeing so that you feel in control and intuitively know what is best for you. I'll help you create new self-care habits and leave you with a toolkit that you can dip into and take what you need depending on what is going on around you.
