I will teach you the foundations of healthy habits across the key pillars of wellness - mind, movement, nutrition, rest and joy - and how to make simple changes that will have a big impact. You will learn how to make your wellness a priority in easy ways that fit in with your busy life - without feeling guilty and without overwhelm.

  • Weekly group coaching call in which you will learn a new topic and how to incorporate new habits around this, plus set intentions for the week.

  • Tips, advice and motivation throughout the week via email.

  • WhatsApp support group for accountability and check ins. 

  • Mini, virtual wellness sessions throughout the week, such as journalling, breathing and meditation.
